Opened in August 2008, the Taoyuan City Hakka Cultural Park exhibits Hakka literature and music combined with dynamic displays, performing art, and Hakka cultural images, to boast the unique significance of this culture. Venues that are currently open to the public are the Hakka Literature Hall, Hakka Music Hall, Bixia Lai’s Memorial Zone, Special Display Hall, Audio-visual room, Tourist Center, and Family Adventure Hall. Outdoor spaces include the Sun Flower Holiday Plaza, Grassland Music Square, Backend Ecology Park, Sand Playground, Bogong Culture and Prayer Zone, and Children’s Playground.
