Opened in October 2021, the North Taoyuan Hakka Cultural Hall mainly promotes Hakka folk songs, poetry, and local Hakka culture. With special exhibitions including “Hakka Poet: Du-Pan Fang-Ge” and “National Treasure of Hakka Folk Songs: Lai Pi-hsia,” the Hall hopes to continue promoting and passing down the beauty of Hakka literature and music through the remarkable artistic achievements of these two important representatives.
The Hall is equipped with spaces for rehearsal, training, exhibition, and performance for the general public. Such spaces include a music hall, music, dance, and multi-purpose classrooms, and a briefing room.
